  • How far in advance I can book?

    Anyone can book their reservation as far back as 6 months before the requested date.

  • What is the longest stay?

    The longest stay one can book can go up 21 days.

  • What is the minimum stay?

    Our revolution platform is here to allow you to stay according to your exact needs, this can be a minimum of an hour stay.

  • Can I cancel my booking?

     At this point all bookings are non-refundable to help maintain our lower prices. We are working on implementing a more flexible cancellation policy.

  • Does the price change when I pick different hours?

    Absolutely! Every hour changes the price based on the availability of said hour. For example, Check -in at 3:00 PM prices will be higher than those that book their reservation at 6:00 PM.

  • Can I pick any time of the day to check-in/out?

    Yes! our vision is based on a providing a 24/7 services against the traditional 3pm-11am check-in and check out times that all the other platforms give you.

  • Does the early check-in and late check-out guarantee?

    All the hours displayed on our website are the available hours you will be eligible to reserve a room for.

  • What is the market price stand for?

    The market price shows offers from a variety of competitors for the same exact room.

  • What is the As You Stay Savings mean?

    As You Stay Savings is our way of showing you, how much you are saving when using our platform compared to other services on the market.

  • What do I need to show the hotel when I’m checking-in?

    Most hotels require a confirmation number and guest full name to find your reservation. Then they will ask you for a photo ID and a valid credit card for incidentals. Most hotels will not accept you without those requirements.

  • How many rooms can I book in one time?

    One user can book one room at a time. We are currently working on providing a multi room booking option under one payment.

  • Can I book a room for somebody else?

    Yes! We have a variety of booking options. All you need to do is change the guest name before submitting a payment.

  • Can I choose a different room type?

    At this time we offer only one room category  In order to provide you with full check-in/out flexibility at the best rate possible.

  • What does the Hotel star rating mean?

    The Hotel Rating system of stars is known worldwide for its ranking of 1-5 stars. The 1 being the least and 5 being the best.

  • What details can I see about my hotel prior to a reservation?

    We have all the amenities shown to you at the hotels page. In some cases you will be able to see in advance what the exact layout of the room is.

  • Why do you ask me to sign up?

    We ask you to sign up to be able to offer you the best prices you’ve ever seen at all times.

  • Can I extend my stay after booking was confirmed?

    Extension are available by submitting a request to support@asyoustay.com but they are not guaranteed.
