I got a disability room with a King bed. I'm not disabled, but I don't mind getting that room if it's the only one available. I didn't like that in the disability room shower there was no place to put my soap. I had to put on floor on a towel. Weird.

The receptionist on all shifts are friendly. This hotel serves the best coffee.
I did not like the parking fee. I have stayed at this location before and there was no parking fee.

The Staff! They answered all my questions with a smile. I needed to leave some bags with them after I checked out, and rushed back from downtown Chicago to pick up to catch a late flight. They made the process easy!
