Very noisy. We were on the 6th floor and the noise from the road ouside was unacceptable. Something needs to be done

the employees
little local choices for dining out/neiborhood in transition

The room was super clean and much bigger than what I had anticipated. The staff were all very friendly.
The area surrounding the hotel was a tiny bit "iffy" at night. The parking lot was convenient, but not secure.

Room was nice and clean.
Location was horrible. There are many drug addicts and homeless people within walking distance. You can see a crowd of them against a fence right when you get off the highway. We were asked for money. The main parking lots are across the street.

The room and cleanliness are excellent. Great breakfast.
The location is terrible. The hotel is sourranded by homeless and drug addicted people wandering around. The first impression is of an unsafe place. We had no problem but the first impact was not to leave the hotel.

The neighborhood is dangerous, next to a prison and many drug rehab facilities, it is teeming with unseemly characters skulking about at all hours, dealing drugs and injecting heroin. There is no closed parking lot to the hotel to hide from the horrible

The hotel is very nice. Clean and large rooms. Shuttle service mitigates issues with location.
As others mention when reviewing this hotel, it is in a very bad location. There are drug addicts and others hanging around right next to the hotel. The hotel is round and made me think of a castle protecting against unsavory people.

Nothing
Stated above

Thwe hotel was well kept and had very nice rooms.
The neighborhood is not great, the air conditioning wasn't working, there was no breakfast, & the staff basically shrugged it all off when we brought it up. No warning when we checked in, no communication while we were there, & definitely no apologies.

Breakfast was good
AC was out in the room and it was 80 degrees the the whole time in the room. There was also alot of sketchy homeless people around the hotel. Some sleeping on the curb outside.

Maintenance workers fixed AC. Nice size room.
The receptionists were polite but not knowledgeable about the area lacked communication skills and were not helpful in assisting newcomers to this area. Could have had robot checkin. Sadly.

The rooms are extremely spacious and remodeled! Hot comp. breakfast is served every morning, which is nice as well.
The location is across the street from a homeless shelter. Not the hotel's fault but still, it's not in the greatest of neighborhoods. I was not going to walk outside at night. Also the construction co. behind the hotel makes a ton of noise at 5am.

It is very clean inside, well maintained, the breakfast is nice. There is a shuttle to the metro station.
The noise in the property behind is unbearable. There is a lot for machine rental there. The hotel even supplies earplugs. It was hard to sleep well. There are also many homeless people right across the street from the hotel.

The location was terrible. Unsafe. Math addicts approach as you every time you go outside

THE WORKERS WAS EXCELLENT. WENT OUT THERE WAY.
SHOULD HAVE SOME SMOKING ROOM. DONT LIKE TO GO OUT WHEN THERE SO MANY ACTIVITY OUTSIDE THAT I DO NOT LIKE. OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS REALLY GOOD

The complimentary breakfast and the staff was very friendly to everyone and extremely accommodating
I didn't like where it was located because when you look one way it is okay, but then you look the other way and you are then looking at the hood basically...when taking an uber one of the drivers even said that this part of the street is called meth mile

No charge for parking. Great staff. Best free breakfast buffet.
Just the ambulance sirens ..they do calm down late in the night.

The cleanliness.
The area surrounding the hotel is in is horrendous. There were homeless people walking around with shopping carts and bedding down in the grassy areas in the neighboring blocks of the hotel. It is in an industrial section of Boston, so at 4:00 am in the morning you can hear the start-up running/banging of equipment. Absolutely not a neighborhood for walking around or exploring. Although there were two parking lots, there wasn't any security and signs said to "Park at Your Own Risk," there were bars on the ground floor windows.
