The bed was really comfortable, nice staff, good breakfast and good valet parking.
A bit expensive for the valet parking and food.

Someone threw up on our balcony from above and it took 6 hrs for staff to clean it. Only after my husband found the housekeeper on the floor . They initially refused to clean our swim suits the ppl vomited on too. Upon checking out the director.
Me I was lying and it was bird poop then shut the door on my face I have never been treated so badly by a staff member Iâm livid.

The beach service. Very friendly hard working staff. The greeksakad with chicken was amazing.
The boardwalk was under construction. The pool was overly crowded. Lots of families so good if you want that.

Large rooms
Rooms were not clean. Tons of kids running through halls and public areas at all hours. Always had to ask for washcloths. Advertised to be near South Beach. Not true. 20 minute Uber.

I loved the lrg suite size room. It was bright, clean and nicely decorated with new furniture. Their Saltwater pool was the perfect temperature to swim in. Their jacuzzi was chlorine. The lobby area was very nice and good happy hour crowd every night.
I have a bad back and their bed was way too soft which made my back worse. I asked for a lighter blanket, because I was sweating with what was there. No wash clothes which was annoying. Small 42 in. TV they really need 55 inch if they want to stay a 4

This hotel was right on the beach. There were two pools and Jacuzzi's on the bottom level and also a rooftop pool. The room was amazing. It came with two bathrooms, two big screen TVs and a balcony. I was pleasantly surprised.
The only thing I wasn't happy about was the breakfast buffet is very expensive and the food was not hot. Even when we ordered breakfast it never seemed to be too hot. The drinks were also very pricey unless it was happy hour.

I was at an early meeting that went over time . I called to ask for a1 hour late check out. They were very nasty on the phone and told me they will only give me half hour if I’m late I have to pay 200. I felt very rushed and not respected.

Room view and beach access.
The bar opens/closes early and the service at the beach is understaffed/slow.

Next to an ocean.
There was only valet parking, and it’s for $42 per day. This was not disclosed for my trip. The 4 day parking was more expensive than my hotel room.
