They charged me a $22 Wharf District Tax that wasn't disclosed in my price. Raising the price more than 10% when it's supposedly a known cost/tax that applies to every room. After complaining I was charged for a movie I never watched. They did remove that

Best about the hotel was the location. It was near everything.
The staff was meh. The additional charges and the cost of valet was ridiculous. The valet takes FOREVER to bring the car around. On top of that, the valet returned our car with a flat tire (it wasn't flat when I gave it to him). I wouldn't stay here a

Great location, close to the Wharf and a 2 minute walk to the E and F Muni public transportation lines.
The $58 a night parking fee. The $23.16 per night 'Wharf Amenity Fee'. It would be nice for you to disclose this stuff UP FRONT IN THE FEES or somewhere BOLD when booking. This came to an additional $176 for 2 nights....

Location was perfect. A shout out to the receptionist at the front desk. I work in management and this guy personifies an excellent staff. Always on the smile and very friendly. Congrats to Holiday Inn for hiring this guy.

Yes!!! Mgmt was awful. Young employees working at the front desk & in the restaurant. Very inexperienced. Brought our dinner without dressing & silverware! Waited 10 min for silverware after asking TWICE! No silverware at continental breakfast.

The location was great.
When trying to get my car (after paying an outrageous fee of $60) I called from the room and gave the valet my ticket number. Then went down and gave him my ticket. Still after and hour asked where my car was and he grabs keys from desk to get it!

The last day and half staff was absolutely marvelous the lady that checked me in was the worst. She was short and to the point as she said that the way it is. Rude and Disrespectful

Front desk were amazing, friendly, efficient, just lovely. Location was excellent. Lobby was cool, on-site Denny's is a bonus.
Cost of valet parking is $60 for one night. Valet lot must be pretty far away, the valet guy took my ticket and said be back in 8 min. Not too awful, but maybe try to have more than 2 valet guys at check-out time. Also, a call ahead car retrieval.
