Great location. Walking distance to Farmers Market, Petersen Museum,L.A. Art Museum, Saban Theater and restaurants.
Parking is miserable. It is free, however, parking is on the narrow street (if you can find it). The guy that always sits behind the desk is rude and curt (always). He was mean and rude to my wife.

It is small and charming in a residential area. It's far away from a chain surrounded by other chains next to an interstate.
The only available parking is on the street and it can be hard to find.

Location!! Small local gem. Staff is endearing.
No elevator but stairs go up just a floor

Great character - hotel was built in the 1940's Nice breakfast each morning and very friendly staff. Loved that it was close to restaurants and attractions. Would recommend family and friends to stay there.
Internet was slow

The rooms seemed recently renovated and the bathroom was clean. Parking was easy in the neighborhood with the parking pass they give you there was plenty of street parking.
The key is an actual key so dont lose it!

Night help was great and no issue with us checking in so late. Location was great for the event we went for.

Location, location, location!
No hair dryer and no ice machine. Continental breakfast leaves a little to be desired. Too many carbs, cereal, pastries, bagels and breads. Needs more protein.

Friendly, great location, clean, comfy bed.
No hair dryers in rooms. One at desk broken. They should get those wall ones that motels have.

The location of this hotel is AWESOME. It's less than 3 miles to Runyon canyon, Beverly Center, Rodeo Drive, LA Art museum, and so much more. If you fly to LAX, you can Uber to the hotel for about $25....don't need to rent a car. Just walk/Uber.
It's not the cleanest place....but you don't go to LA to spend time in the room. General surfaces are clean- but walls- corners- edges are dirtier

The location is fantastic, hotel very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, parking was really no problem with the permits in hand, neighbourhood very nice and safe and within walking distance of LACMA and the Original Farmers Market (lots of food!).
nothing at all. I would stay there again.

Location; close to LACMA Very good breakfast
Loud guests, partying all night, and night clerk only partially able to stop it.

The angle of the street which made pickup and drop off difficult for taxi/Uber
