The location right in Chelsea. The block is full of flower shops and distributors and give the area an wonderful feeling of Spring!!! We are done with Winter! We walked everywhere. The hotel is nice, the room was comfortable and clean.
The cleaning lady woke me up early on Saturday. In her defense, I forgot to put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. This was corrected and the following morning and I slept until late.(8:00AM in my case)

We asked to housekeeping to provide us with bath soap but our request was not heard. Five out of the ten days we were at the hotel bath soap was not provided. The same happened with the toilet pper and the rug in the last day before we were leaving.
