Secure parking . Comfortable bed .
Next door neighbors played TV late into night . Ate the breakfast buffet at the Finn and Porter Restaurant in the hotel ( $10 if you tack it onto your bill at check-in, $17 if you pay COD ) and got diarrhea a few hours later .

Information from staff was inconsistent.

Our room was spacious.
The bathroom was tiny. Bathtub drain was broken. Mattress felt old and creaky. Elevators were SLOW. You had to wait a long time for an one to arrive. Pool was tiny (max. occupancy - 16 people). Tried to put us on floor with construction.

Coffee on the balcony. It was an excellent extension of a wonderful room

The staff who I interacted with.
There was only conditioner, lotion and a shower cap in my room. No soap or shampoo. Luckily I had brought my own. Also there wasn’t much in the area besides a federal government building and apartment buildings.

Room and view were nice. Hourly daytime shuttle to Pentagon City Metro & Reagan National Airport were convenient and used by us.
$38 a night to park. Buffet breakfast was $17 per person. Indoor swimming pool was only open on the weekends during our stay. This hotel is geared towards those with expense accounts and not those with families paying out of pocket.

I was allowed to check in before check in type which was great because I arrived early and did not feel well. The shuttle to/from airport was great.
The hotel is old and In the middle of no where. It is about 20 mins to the nearest metro. Shuttles run every hour. There is nothing near to see or eat. I ended up eating at the hotel which is very expensive. A soda was almost $4.00. Not worth the money.

Convenience to DC. Cleanliness inside the facility. Staff were very nice. Quiet facility.
I hesitate to post in this public forum; but, when I was exiting to the parking lot that night, a huge rat ran directly in front of outside door. Not a small house mouse, a huge rat. I was then fearful to go out to the parking lot to my car!
