-AC did not cool, even after mechanic came up - funny smell throughout the whole floor and room (B.O. /feet) - resort fee... not sure this is what most people would consider a resort

The destination / resort fee is absurd given the amenities available within the hotel.
The destination fee was absurd and the pricing of meals was outrageous ($40 for the hotel breakfast buffet).

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. It was close to many restaurants and Grand Central Station so you could get anywhere within a short walk and subway ride.

The room was small but very clean, lobby contemporary, and it is in a good/convenient location. There are lots of things nearby (shops, restaurants, bars, public transportation/subway, etc.)
Our flight was very delayed. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 2am. We were told we had to wait 30 minutes for the computer system to reboot in order to check in! This has never happened to me, and was inconvenient as we were exhausted from traveling.

The staff was very helpful from the breakfast server, check in, to the bellhop that gave us recommendations. There were no double beds available at check-in so they upgraded us to a Queen junior suite!

Location, location and location. Prime spot for anyone who is taking the train in and wants to spend the weekend in New York without paying for parking.
rooms were FREEZING! Especially the bathroom! The bathroom felt like it was an add on and they forgot to install heating. The room temperature would not surpass 60 and when we called downstairs, the hotel staff knew about the issue and gave us a heater.

Absolutely nothing Bad experience with front staff Lied to us about no microwave but some other staff spilled the beans and tell me about the way things are going there. The customer service is an absolute mess. Had bad experience
