No public parking, valet $80 per nite, and small room
My stay was quite pleasant.
The location, the room & the valet staff were awesome!!
Location was extremely convenient. I arrived late and the staff were quick and efficient upon checkin. I was able to get to my room quickly and relax!
Long wait at check in. And room was not what I expected, no view at all.
Location and staff
The room was on the small side
Very small and poorly designed room. Did not live up to 4.5 star hotel.
The exercise facility is very nice. The lap pool is outstanding. The locker room and showers are as nice as the hotel rooms themselves. Additionally, the central downtown location was perfect for access to the theater and museums we wanted to visit.
Price was misleading and there were random fees that were not clarified until checkout.
Upgrade to larger room, Starbucks in Lobby
Workout facility needs updated
The hotel was clean and amazing. The winery and the location
The first room they put me in.
Great location clean room
Beautiful room and view, close to everything
The wait for check-in was absolutely ridiculous, when it was my turn, the woman didn't even apologize for the wait, while others were getting drinking tickets, comp, etc.
The location and the pool.
The room was small. My room only had one robe. The rooms need ANOTHER renovation.
Location was great, rooms were clean and staff was friendly.
The parking fee was $87 for one night. The rooms are also really small. Compared to other hotels I have stayed at nearby this would not be one I had book again, mainly due to the parking cost and size of the room.
Location and Pool...
Love the historic charm of the building and excellent location.
The toiletries offered were rather cheap for a 4.5 star hotel. I've stayed in lesser starred hotels and had better quality shampoos and such. Also the ice buckets were surprisingly small, requiring multiple trips to the ice machine
Staff and location
Very friendly and helpful staff
Rooms were just average. Maybe need an update
