Hospitality was great. the front desk was awesome.
was super clean and also location was not bad
The check-in staff makes me feel really awful.
Location Housekeeping staff Everyone else was rude and customer service was the worst I've ever experienced in my life.
Too many to list. I am currently writing a complaint letter to MGM corporate because of my bad experience at New York New York.
Location was right by where I needed to be
A little confusing to find my room which wasn't all that impressive for the price and stars.
The best thing that I like about this hotel room a the location. The hotel is one of the best places to stay if attending any event at the T-Mobile Arena.
The room was a little outdated and small.
The location is perferct
First the counter people were rude, they didn't gave me the room that I reserved, the room was dirty and with not a good view.I was really disappointed.
My kids wanted to try out this hotel. They loved the role coaster and arcade!
I paid extra to get a view of the strip, but it really wasnt worth the money. My kids were disappointed.
Outdoor facade and theme
Very nice room with great location to museums and places to eat!
$52 a night to valet park our car was too pricey. We were there for 4 days and valet parking was just as much as an extra night at the hotel.
It was fun and had so much to do
The atmosphere was great.
I really liked the restaurant selections, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
I would have liked the pool and spa to stay open a little later, and maybe more gift shops. Other than that, my family and I really enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed the location and all of the shops located near it. The restaurants were great.
I felt it was dirty in the casino and several areas of the hotel.
Main thing is the pool 4 1/2 feet really
The atmosphere was very upbeat. I didnt even need to leave the hotel.
The pool was very boring and small. Had to go to Mandalay Bay for a good pool experience.
The look of the hotel.
Rooms too small and to far away from everything.
Variety of dining choices
