Staff is very courteous and helpful. Loved the reserved parking for our first floor room.
We were upgraded to a suite.
Staff, at first encounter, seemed clueless, rude.,we had a confirmation for a room, but it was only because a guest cancelled a room, that we were able to stay. What would have happened,,had that guest not cancelled?
We liked the location. Not too close to the strip and not too far. Free Parking. We liked the breakfast items and that they had warm cookies every night if we wanted to indulge.
There was a problem with the elevator a couple times on one day, but they did get that fixed. During the elevator down time, our room passes quit working. However, staff that night and actually came to us and let us in our room. :-)

Our bathroom was filthy when we arrived at our room. Towels were clean but bathroom had not been cleaned.
Car parking for my room was very convenient and breakfast was very satisfactory
Hotel management people doesn't like customer to be in their hotel. They are rude and no sign of customer service. All the time breakfast like very dry breakfast.
First need to hire smiley faces train them how to be customer service provide good breakfast have good receptions Giving you one example be like "Hampton Inn East Peoria"
