Excellent service

Your front desk staff's check in and check out process was exemplary! Thank you!
Yes, the fact that we had to go to the Eastern Standard for a cup of coffee.

We drove from NJ and arrived before check-in. Our room was ready. The room was very spacious and nice. Having a smart TV in the room was a plus. It was within walking distance of all the sights we expected to visit. But be sure to have tour walking shoes.
It was a 30 min walk from the Freedom Trail. Only two small free water bottles provided. Were charged $58 per day for valet parking. We only stayed 2 days.

Nice rooms, lobby, staff, location.
Expensive parking

The amazing scent hits you when you walk in the entrance doors. The staff greeted us warmly and immediately offered us snacks and checked us in quickly. The room was fresh, modern, clean. Comfortable beds. Go to onsite Hawthorne for amazing cocktails!

This was a gorgeous hotel that offered lovely amenities. Large room that was beautifully appointed, chic lobby and great staff.
The only negative on this was that it was a bit of a walk to all the action, but super close to Fenway Park. The only other small thing was there was no coffee/tea machine in the room, which most hotels provide.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean.
Daily resort fee. Location too far from sights. Traffic noise kept us awake at night.

The location is great

The room and location were lovely. While I stayed there the staff were nice.
One month after my stay, I got a $90 charge on my credit card from the hotel for laundry. I did not have any laundry done at the hotel. A bellhop tried to drop off some one else's laundry during my stay, but I never asked for laundry to be done.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Need more in terms of a fitness center to classify as 4.5 stars in my experience. A bit on the pricey side.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's literally steps from the green line and right behind Fenway Park.

It was perfect. Beautiful and the staff were accomodating and pleasant. They also surprised me by upgrading my room to a suite!
Nothing, it was great!

Good decor. Looks 4 star.
One thing I can't tolerate is deceptive business practices. The hotel clearly is lowering its headline room rate to get business and then hits you with a $25/night fee that you hear about once you check in. Staff trained to explain things deceptively, t

I loved that it is a smaller hotel. I never had to wait for an elevator. The staff was very knowledgeable & helpful.
I can not believe you want to charge your guests an additional $25.00 per day (coming out to over $28 with tax) for a Destination fee. I think this is outrageous. The only services we used were the wi-fi. This should be optional or non-existent.

Location, rooms, amenities.
I wasn't aware of an additional amenities fee, which may have been mentioned on booking, but still kind of threw me off.

Location, right above the subway. Spacious rooms and lovely showers.
They added a $25 per night fee to the room and called it an amenities fee. With no coffee maker, no spa or pool, no ice machines, I'm trying to figure out what the amenities are that we almost got charged for. I fought the charge.

Rooms are good size but that's about it.
Got to my room and there was a cooked chicken still there from the previous guest which was pretty gross. Staff didn't seem to care.

The bed was extremely comfortable, room was spacious, staff was nice, and location was great
The faucet handle in our shower was a little wonky and wouldn't stay in position - we had to move it very slowly to keep it from completely rotating to scalding hot.

Great rooms, great service, great restaurants!
I have a severe dog allergy and I am asthmatic, pet friendly hotels are a great thing, just wish they had a few pet free rooms.
