The staff was very nice, food was good, everything was super easy such as check in, valet, etc.
I wasn't super into the location. The fan in our bathroom didn't work. Desk was super tiny. Lobby was lacking in terms of lounge space.

I liked how dark it was, and how nice the room service staff was. Hotel employee at the front desk was the only front desk staff with unbiased professionalism.
Feeling like I need to impress staff in order to get decent service. Being treated subjectively.
